Comment
Add a CommentI really enjoyed this book. It's a harder read for younger children, but can be very exciting. At times it may seem dull, but it is an interesting read, well worth the effort!
A well-written story with believable characters, terrible villains and strange and wonderful powers. Like Meggie, I too would love to be a Silvertongue. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and can hardly wait to read the sequel.
I enjoyed this book but enjoyed the movie version more. I found the book dragged on a bit (especially after watching the movie first, and therefore already knowing what was going to happen next). I also found some parts of the plot a bit tame.
