I loved Sunshine and Hunting Kat. Richelle and Kelley are some of my favourite authors and I love there writing. However I was able to get into the other stories. All in all a good book.

i was a little dissapointed that it was a shoort story but that faded when i read the short stories. However i think for some people for some of the otories like say....the first one by Rachelle Med might be confusing for other people if you didnt read her series Vampire Acadmeyes. (SHOULD READ IT AMAZING SERIES!!) and also the one my kelly armstraong might be a little confusing too because you might have to read her series darkest triligious (WHICH YOU SHOULD READ TOO!!) but other then that everything is good. howver i didnt like some of the stories either too. like what sportbookspae i agree with you 100% with that! but my favriote had to be bring me to life. IT WAS AMAZING!st you think when is this story going to get intersting...but trust me when the guy comews in its like BAM!! everything gets juciy and when you finish the story your like WOW!! KNOW I GET THE PLOT AND BEGINNING!!

I liked 3 or the 5 stories. Lilith I didn't like it made no sense to me, and was just dumb in my opinion. Another I didn't particulary enjoy was Above. I found it had emotion but found it creepy. I even wanted to cry at a part, but that feeling left soon. Sunshine was really great. Story line was amazing. I also liked Bring Me To Life. I didn't understand the beginning, but the rest of the story was good. Finally, Hunting Kat, I liked the book except the ending. If this was a longer story I think it would have been much better (the ending).

Totally agreed with Mahala's comment. I only enjoyed the stories by Alyson Noel, Richelle Mead and Kelley Armstrong. I thoroughly do not enjoy the writings of Kristen Cast and did not enjoy her story in this book either - tried to read it but when the girl was finally on her way "Above" I just had to move on. Also agreed with other comments about "Lilith." Found this story be kinda on the stupid side - made no sense. I too was sorry I wasted my time on this book. The cover is great but that wasn't extended to all stories within.

young teens book - five stories - three very well-written with plot, etc - one (Lilith) lacks story, reader needs to put a lot of her own into the story - another (Above) may appeal to those who enjoy poetry, I've never been one who could immerse myself in a poem so I found this story lacking -otherwise take the book and enjoy

There were two stories out of this book that I like but that was about it. I'm sorry I wasted my time on it when I have so many other books waiting for me to read it.

Sunshine" by Richelle Mead - Set in Mead's Vampire Academy universe, this story explores some of Lissa's relatives, and it was nice to visit that world again. "Sunshine" was cute and showed good character development, but it wasn't overwhelming. "Bring Me to Life" by Alyson Noël - In this story, Noël presents a modern twist on the Dracula myth involving an eerie fog, an old English manor, and a cute artsy boy. Though okay, "Bring Me to Life" wasn't very engaging or likeable. "Above" by Kristin Cast - In "Above," Castjust left a very confusing weird world. "Hunting Kat" by Kelley Armstrong - Set in Armstrong's world that appears in her Darkest Powers series, "Hunting Kat" introduces a feisty young vampire named Kat who is being pursued by the Edison Group. In the process, she meets two boys, either of whom may be with her or against her. "Hunting Kat" was fast-paced and interesting with a strong, likeable female protagonist and a likeable male lead. I really enjoyed this story and would love to see a longer novella or book based on these characters. "Lilith" by Francesca Lia Block - In this story, This story was very stupid and made no sense either. I didn't like it. KISSES FROM HELL left me disappointed. Outside of those by Mead and Armstrong, the stories weren't very interesting or well-written.

"Its ok ." Neil whispered as we climbed into the backseat. I nodded and smiled. It wasn't quite ok yet but it would be. For the first time in six months , I was sure of it. - Kat
