Add a CommentGripping story. I read it all in one sitting because I couldn't stand not knowing what would happen next. I wish I could know what happened to all the characters even after the ending of the book.
This book is amazing. Touching, horrifying and very sad all at once, it left me thinking about it several days after I finished reading.
I liked this book more than I thought I would. All she did was like a boy and she was punished for it. Your put in her shoes and feel her pain. Really sad and suspenseful. I cried!
An amazing, haunting novel. It was very upsetting because this is really what happens to some girls, but it was very well written and it stayed in my mind long after I finished it
I'm glad this book caught my eye at the library. I read it all in one setting. It was a nice break from reality.
Is there a sequel? I like this book but it kinda had a disappointing ending :/
i like the libray so much it keeps want to come here all the time so its a good thing you guys put up a library thank for puting up i give good luck to all who work here
This book was very fascintating. To read a story about a polygamist community from a child's point of view creates so much more moral dilemma for the reader. I found myself riding the rollercoaster of emotion as Kyra struggled with staying obedient or seeking escape. However, the ending was more unfinished than I would have liked.
i loved this book. it was very intersesting to read. As i read, there wasn't a dull moment or a time when i wanted to put the book down. Carol lynch Williams did an awesome job with this story, i loved it.You continue to wonder what will happen next.
Amazing story. Carol Lynch Williams is a great author, and I reccommend all of her books to everyone.
