Add a CommentThis novel started a little slower than some, but after the initial glance the story begins to pick up. While some of the story was a little bit ridiculous to begin with (and also a bit obvious), the main character's struggle with his mother, his uncle, his best friend and possible 'love interest', combined with his need to be himself, create a fairly believable story that puts teenage homosexuality into a relatable and positive light.
This is a great read. The story is quite original and the characters are believable.
